The practice

An international project leadership practice, based in Paraguay.

Adelchi Advisory provides fractional project leadership, PMO structure and cross-border coordination for companies and professional firms operating between Europe, Paraguay and Mercosur markets.

How we work

We are engaged when an initiative matters, spans several parties or countries, and needs someone accountable for moving it forward. Our role is defined in advance: the scope of responsibility, the reporting cycle and the decisions expected from management.

We work inside the client’s environment rather than alongside it — leading delivery, coordinating suppliers and advisers, maintaining the registers and issuing the status that senior management relies on to decide.

Being based in Paraguay places the practice close to Mercosur counterparties, institutions and suppliers, while European clients continue to receive reporting in their own language and management conventions.

Operating principles

The same principles apply whether the engagement is an industrial programme, a transformation initiative or an international client matter.

Ownership before activity

Every engagement starts by establishing who is responsible for what, and how decisions will be taken.

Visibility on a cycle

Status is issued on a fixed cadence, so management never has to request an update to know where a project stands.

Written record

Actions, risks, issues and decisions are held in registers, not in memory or email threads.

Defined boundaries

We manage implementation. Regulated legal, tax and financial conclusions remain with licensed professionals.

Language as an operating tool

We work in English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese, so coordination does not depend on translation delays.

Discretion

Client information, counterparties and commercial context are treated as confidential by default.

Complex initiatives do not fail for lack of intention. They fail for lack of ownership, structure and visibility.
